I got one at Costco 3 months ago (May 18) for $800 plus tax. It works perfectly with no issues whatsover and is in a perfect cosmetical condition as well. However, I think I really want a 42-inch TV, instead of a 37. Due to my recent busyness (and stupidity), I missed the 90-day deadline for the return at Costco. The TV that I have is currently selling at $759.99 + tax at Costco. I can sell mine (practically new) for $700. It comes with a 2-year warranty (now minus 3 months). Anyone local interested?

Try returning it to Costco anyway. They've been pretty flexible with the 90 day return in the past, esp. if you're trying to swap it for a 42.

Thanks for your advice, but I've been out of luck with Costco. I tried to return it last week just 1 day beyond the 90-day term and they basically said "tough luck, we can't do anything for you." Even talked to a manager who said that their computer system does not allow any returns beyond 90days. I purchased the TV on May 18 and tried to return it on August 17.
