How do I install BMW Performance Pedals and Foot Rest?

Ok, I received in the mail today. They are the OEM BMW Performance pedals.

Brake looks easy. Heat up rubber with heat gun or hair dryer, slide off, and then heat rubber of new pedal, slide on, then screw on aluminum cover.

Foot rest. It has just 2 way tape. Do I just stick on right over existing foot rest? Or do I need to remove the old one first somehow?

Gas Pedal. Again, mainly 2-way tape. Do I just stick on to existing pedal, drill 2 holes into the existing pedal (What size bit?), and screw in?

Thanks for the help. Should be easy, just want to make sure I do everything correctly.

The adhesive tape develops its full adhesive
strength after approx. 24 hours.
That is a long time to set with your foot pressed against the pedal...

Can we get some pics after you finish your work?
