sentence ?
What do you think you would get for stealing 250K from your employer over 7 yrs ,
I cant say to much at the moment but this has made me lol. Someone we know has just been caught bang to rights . Surely it must be a prison sentence my wife is like it is a first offence , I may be being harsh but I explained it isnt like my husband has left me and its Christmas the kids needs toys shit ,This is like been going on for 7 yrs ! Im in two minds Good luck to her the only problem was getting caught, Then Im like greedy cow What would you boys think she is nearly 50 and should know better , Lock her up Im sure it will be in the press early next year  , |

Theres been a few cases like this from memory?
That woman that stole 100k+ to pay for her wedding and stuff? What did they get as a sentence? PS What are you selling? |

Custodial sentence without doubt as there is a breach of trust and the amount taken. I'd suggest the person you know takes a packed bag with them when they go to court

I've been unfortunate enough to serve a short sentence for a driving offence. My cell mate was in for stealing £90,000 over 3 years from his employer. He got 9 months. His sentence was genourous as they didn't 'catch' him. He felt guilty and confessed.
I still think he took more and only confessed to £90k.

Sorry , you are right it should be some where else but i was shocked the Lady concerned thinks she is so posh it shocked me ! What I would say is at least she has the balls to start telling every one what is about to come out .
I bet she has a bloody shitty christmas , I guess they will have her house and everything to make good the losses under the procedes from crime act |

goes on a lot in the car trade, especially on high end stuff where a lot of cash is used for extra accesories or bodykits/wheels etc, you would be suprised how much folding the dealer principals take even though they arent supposed to
