If it is part of the quotation itself, we put it (question mark) inside the quotation marks. If it governs the sentence as a whole but not the material being quoted, we put it outside the quotation marks.

It can also get tricky depending on what side of the pond you are on. The English way of doing things would be:

My favourite magazine is "Roundel".

Whereas in the US it would be.

My favorite magazine is "Roundel."

Not sure what would entail a "disturbing" sign aside from needle marks or constant request to work a "train" on her. But if she's matured or put it well past herself, there could be no telling...I think even more so if she's culturaly different/european for example.

I totally see it! Both the strippers I dated hated the look of their vaginas. It was baffling. Why are they showing them off if they hate them?
