I have a Brand New Verizon White iPhone 4 (16GB) sitting around. It has never been used, and has never been activated. My phone was acting up so I ordered another one from Verizon and paid the $599 they were asking for... once i got the phone, my phone started working just fine, and it was too late to return it...
