Looking to trade N55 E92 335i with N55 E82 135i

Guys, I'm looking to the possibility of trading my 2011 E82 135i with 2011 E92 335i. Nothing wrong with the car but just want to try something new and maybe bigger car since 1 maybe too small for me. Overall, it is brilliant in terms of handling and performance. It has the exact same engine with '11+ E92 335i but has smaller body and much less weight. Also, by trading it means I give up the lightning shift DCT.

My car specs:
2011 E82 135i
Jet black on black
Aluminum Glacier Silver trim (really blend with the black interior)
Premium package (folding mirror included!)
DCT (Double Clutch Transmission)
Sport package
M-Sport Suspension
Heated seats
HD radio
Bluetooth ready
Premium sound (Harman Kardon)
18" Wheels with run flat tires all around
12,0xx miles

What I'm looking for the N55 E92 335i is auto trans and sport package. Or pretty much the same things with my current car but accept higher miles at max 17K miles. Mine doesn't have technology package, so that's not a big deal for me, if you want to trade a car with nav I will give you my garmin 3590LMT that IMO works the best between others garmin.
