Need help from those with automotive electric knowledge

Hi guys,

I have purchased a pair of e46 m3 seat for my e36 and was wondering if any of you know enough to help retrofit them into my car.

I am will to pay for your help. If you live in so cal please let me know I'd you are willing to help.

I also purchased the wire harness off of an e46 that connects to the seats from the car so it should be Slightly easier.

Thanks
