Coding in Ottawa to kill TPMS function?
I have a US-spec 128 with RF tire pressure monitor transducers. I'd like not to have to buy another set of these for my winter wheels.
Does anyone in the Ottawa area have the ability to remove the US TPMS receiver and code the car to ignore its absence. And, better yet, to activate the wheel rotational velocity TPMS that Canadian vehicles use. I'm posting here because the "Coding" fora are global, and unlikely, IMO, to yield results on such a market-specific issue. Thanks for your help. |
