2008 e90 335 with 7logic.

I've never had issues with no sound before today. My radio was playing just fine when I got out of my car. When I got back in and turned it on there was no chime or anything. Well I started driving and realized I had no sound. My controls all worked fine but nothing I did could get me sound. So I pulled over and shut my car off and then turned it back on and still no sound. When I got home and opened my car door it started chiming and the radio kicked on right away.

Think I possibly have a loose wire that was shorting out in one of my door speakers? I closed and opened the door a dozen times or so and I couldn't duplicate the problem.
