I liked how he almost killed/seriously hurt two people, and the first thing he does is get out and check the damage to his car. Not to mention when he got back in the car from checking the damage he floors it in reverse for a quick second. What an ASSHOLE!

looks like he was trying to flee the scene, then when he realized he couldn't cuz his tire was stuck, wanted to take his plates off so no one can report him, but by that point the swarm of people surrounded his car and he had no choice but to stay. Dumbass.
