Lease Assumption Virginia: '12 AW 6MT M3 E92 under $800!!!

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I need to move some funds around, and this one just doesn't fit into the mix at the moment... Having said that, I don't have to sell, and I am not desperate to. This is a like new car, and someone will be very happy with it. It has been my toy car since November and driven very little. The current mileage is under 2,000 Miles.

The negotiated deal with my dealer included some cash down which went to the cap reduction which is why the payment is so low. I traded another car in on it which they had been after me to sell to them so I took part of the cash and put back into the lease rather than MSD's as I had planned to purchase this car. THERE ARE NO MSD's on this car, so your cash outlay is simply the fee to BMW FS and the price below.

I'm losing a good deal on the initial cash put into this lease, but I believe this offer is fair for the next owner.

Mods:
35% Ceramic Window Tint
Gintani Sport Exhaust
Fabspeed HFC X-Pipe
BMW Performance Shift Knob
Alcantara Shift Boot
(Original parts will come with the car)

Bamboo Beige Novillo Leather
Carbon Leather Trim
ZCP Competition Package
ZCW Cold Weather Package
ZPP Premium Package

Enhanced Premium Sound

well, it is his car and entitled to ask for whatever he wants, but realistically with those mods, no, he's not going to find someone to shell out $3500 (including lease transfer fees) for his car... he kind of offsets the low monthly (if the $743 includes taxes) by asking for a steep down payment...

he'd be better off taking off the pipes / exhaust, putting stock on and not asking for as high a down...

I think the bigger challenge is going to be in regards to the fact that most people want the tech package in a $70k car, and no carbon roof.... Still a great looking car. Best of luck.

You might want to get up to speed on the 2012 options. The technology package wasn't offered seperately in 2012, I'm not sure when this change came about.

The car has:
GPS navigation, M Drive driver-adjustable electronics integration, Electronic Damping Control variable suspension and Comfort Access proximity key
Which are the items the old technology package use to include.

The three packages offered in 2012 are the Premium Package, Competition, and Cold Weather. Those are the only three... Take a look on the BMW site.

Outside of the Premium, Cold Weather, and Competition Packages listed, the following options are installed on this car:

Options:
403 Moonroof
5AC Auto High Beams
609 Navigation, BMW Assist, BT & USB
615 Online Information Systems
620 Voice Command
639 BMW Assist with BT
655 Satellite Radio
6AA Teleservices
6FL iPod and USB adapter
6NF Smartphone Integration
6NR BMW Apps
6UH Real Time Traffice
752 Enhanced Premium Sound
