I think I'll wait till then to place my order. I've regretted not getting this kit on my E60 ... I won't make the same mistake twice.

Since this is a factory part you'll always be able to order your car now and then order the sport aero kit later. It should install very easily since it's OEM part. Just a thought.

Some more info:
_________________________
-- The new BMW 3 Series E90 sports kit will become available shortly after it is shown at either Paris or Frankfurt later this year.

-- Following E46 sport tradition, the window trim will come only in black and not silver color.

-- The front bumper will only slightly change from the current E90 3 Series. The central vent will retain a similar shape but will be larger and deeper than the stock version.

-- Side vents are also larger with a small lip on either side under the vents with the side skirt being more sculpted.

-- The rear bumper will sport one dual exhaust. A small spoiler like that on the 5 Series Sport will also appear on the trunk.

-- A lower suspension with a firmer ride will come standard as will 18 inch wheels.

-- Prices are expected to be $3000 - $4000 more than the base equivalent model with no sport kit.

-- The sport kit will be available for both the sedan and touring, with a sport version eventually appearing on the 3 Series coupe as well.

19 inch wheels , front spoilers in carbon fibre, rear spoiler in carbon also,
sports suspension ie stiffer shocks and springs + lower by 15mm are available now. Least I hope so as my new 330i due early July has all these items .

I read on another site (from someone known to be a BMW insider) that this sport kit hints at what the M3 will look like. The same way the E60 kit is very similar to the M5, just with slightly less detail.

They stated the silver car was actually an M3 prototype. Guess we will have to wait and see.

To bad the person who took this didnt try and get an up cloe shot or two.

Here's a few more, with a before unseen blue color! They need to start removing that black tape Can anyone spot if they did anything different with the interior?

Another good find. Just noticed that it's an SMG, but couldn't really see any different detail inside.

If you adjust the levels and remove the Cyan from the photo it starts to look like Mystic Blue.

I'm confused, this blue wasn't announced as one of the new colors that will be available in September was it? It looks great on the E90!
