Carbon interior trim options

Hey All.

Taking delivery of my 328 in about 9 weeks. I opted for the walnut trim but I don't think I'm gonna like it. I've always been attracted to carbon look.

I don't want to spend the $1000 on the M-sport trim and I have people who can wrap vinyl. Unfortunately, the vinyl seems like it would be too artificial looking.

I understand real carbon wrap can make fit a little tough due to its thickness.

Are there any alternatives?

Patience is all i can say. EAS made on for e90 and the M performance you will find on deals down the road. I dont know what your budget is but if you want quality you gotta pay for it.

Vinyl Wrap

Hi,

I used the Bimmian vinyl pre-cut stuff and it looks good too me. Here are some pics. I would rather have the real stuff but I also like the keep the aluminum accents. So I just covered the black plastic areas.

Cheers.

The OEM stuff is on eBay for $715, still a lot of money but $200+ cheaper than MSRP.

I would be tempted at the $500 mark.

The one I mention on eBay is from a BMW dealer in my area. It's legit.
