Houston aero bumper paint recommendation????

I saw the sticky with all the listing for body shops and performance.. etc. I want to get my m aero bumper add on painted... anyone know of a good place to refer me to that wont be an arm and a leg.. called K an H autohaus .. dude said it would be 350 just for painting it even after I told him I would install it myself... there has to be a cheaper place ... any personal experience out there... also getting it painted black sapphire.

Garage List
from what I've been told black is the hardest to match correctly, Houston Collision on Westpark did a good job matching the spoiler on my old s2000 (black non-metallic)

PS - any good quality place is going to charge you over $300 to paint a bumper.
