CF quad diffuser(cyba)

Hi guys

I have an OEM mtech rear bumper for my 08 335i(e92) and one side of it keeps popping out of its tab. I push it back in and after a few hours or 1 day it pops back out. I've attached a few photos showing how it looks and installed from underneath. Did anyone have the same experience and fixed?

really strong glue or m3 tape?

I've tried 3M tape, but no luck..
