Bumper paint rubbed, have money, what do?

Hey guys. Some may remember my thread about how my bumper rubbed and I lost some paint in the side of it. I sold some things and came up with 650 to spend. Should I repair the oem bumper I have and get splitters with the extra money (if any), or get a m3 rep/mtech bumper and painted an installed for around 650. What do you guys think? Here is a pic of the current bumper now

that shoudlnt be more then $300 with good supplies being used, cheaper if someone uses cheaper supplies.. etc

Are you first owner of that car? That bumper looks like its already been repainted before

I already told you what to do. You can get it repainted at a local shop for 2-300$ tops.

It was a "cpo" only because it was a demo. And I'll have to talk to my dad and see. If it ends up being 200-300 to fix I may just get splitters then (:

cpo has nothing to do with the bumper being previously painted, id be concerned about other stuff being replaced as well.. that paint looks way to dry to be factory too much orange peel
