Need help with a plug

Hey guys, I just installed a pair of high powered angel eyes and there's a plug that I dont know where to insert into, I've searched around and cant reall find an answer. Here are some pictures if you guys can help me out I'd really appreciate it. sorry for the bad pictures, thanks guys.

It probably doesn't plug into anything. It looks as if it just keeps the ends of the wires together.
