New Lux H8 V3 owner question

I just got my bulbs yesterday and installed them. Easy install! The hardest part was getting the new bulbs back in. It seemed I barely needed to turn them to get them. I guess my fear is they will fall out.

Anyway: My outer rings are a little dimmer than the inner ones. Not by much. Is this normal, or did I not twist them enough on the install; or not install them correctly? Any feedback is much thanked!

Edit: I do love, love them! Can't believe I waited this long to get them!

They are a lot brighter in real life. iPhone camera never pics up the brightness. I had a 2012 328 loaner, and I couldn't get the camera to pic up the bright OEM DRLs.

When you look at it straight on it is bright, but it dims when looking at it from the side.

That's what you get with plug and play. It's never the bulbs, it's the bad design by BMW.

It'll never be perfect unless you get a retrofit done.

I'm cool with how they look. With the install I was worried I didn't have them screwed in tightly enough, as you maybe twist them half a centimter and they are in place..

The outer rings will always be dimmer and that is because of the design of the headlight itself. The inner and outer rings are designed very differently but the LUX Angel eyes work to direct as much light into the outer rings as possible to help even them out.
