Help/Opinion Modding Lights Cheaply

Hey guys,

I have an 09 328i and I'm sick of BMW's stock headlights already... I've searched the forums quite a bit and found good reviews on these LED angel eyes.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/EURO-8000K-A...#ht_8075wt_951

I'm pretty much set on buying those, but I'm needing help on other front lights on the car. I was worried about having these white LED lights but having the stock yellowish lights surrounding them such as fog, ect. I've heard the term HID thrown around and I don't even have a clue what that is.. haha

So what other lights will I need to buy for the front of the car? Try to keep your advice in a high school student's price range
Thanks!!

We are not cheap like eBay but our quality is the best. Prices should be around 100.00

If you have halogen headlights the only angel eye bulbs are made by LUX.

If you want the best Plug and Play LED bulb, get the LUX H8 V3's.

PS: HID is a type of "bulb" that uses an electric ballast to produce whiter light than halogen using special gasses. BMW uses Xenon HID's

Thanks. And those LUX's are waay too expensive IMO. I understand that I'm not getting the quality buying off eBay, but for a 1/5 of the price, why not.

1/5 of the price can blow your ballasts, or worse. Ballasts start at around 200$, a set xenon headlights can run into the thousands. You do the math

E BAY crap will cause more problems and screw up the car. The car you have is not a HONDA.

I haven't read a single bad review about the ones I'm buying. Most of the angel eye companies get the same stuff from China anyway. (Or at least I've been told)

He is right. Try to avoid ebay at all cost's. Do it right or not at all, in all honesty.

I would highly recommend against the ones in that e-bay link. they will be extreemely dim and not be visible in the daytime. We offer out LUX H8 V3 angel eyes which will be 3-4 times brighter then those and come with our 1-year warranty as well.
