Need help with Buying Lci halogen headlights

Hi

So my car is 2005 BMW e90 320d with pre lci halogen headlights and I was planning to get lci halogen headlights(angel eyes).

Found these in ebay:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/BMW-3er-E90-E...item3a7430e4c7

These are OEM BMW e90 lci halogen headlights? plug and play right?

What about led angel eyes, I would like to get the brightest and best quality ones. I have read about angel eyes and many people suggest mtec v3.
those aes fit into lci halogen?
I really like bluish colour like these:
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...33ro0.jpg/sr=1
so which model you suggest?

One thing which also bothers me is that how hard it is to get angel eyes as a drl.I have read that there is couple of ways to do that but I am not very interested in to programming... Any idea how much it would be if I change my mind and go to dealership for programming?

If I just plug lights and put on drl without programming there will be yellow halogen light in inner angel eye ring, correct? What does it look like then? I tried to google blue angel eyes+ yellow halogen pics but I couldnt find any.

Somebody in forums suggested to change halogen bulbs to PIAA plasma bulbs so the light will match up with aes.
Is it good idea? I have heard some bad things about those halogen bulbs which changes the colour of light.

Thanks for help and answers in advance

the ebay lights look like the Halogen LCI's, so yes... they should be 100% plug and play (i have LCI halogens in my 2006 3er; i'm speaking from first-hand experience).

As for angel eyes... i only found one dealer but they are not European - i got my angel eyes from LUX; they are a pure white color. These are the only plug-and-play solution i am aware of for the angel eye bulb itself... but there can be many different ways you can modify the rings with a blueish hue... my suggestion is that when you get your headlights, take the angel eye bulb out, inspect it, and come up with a light solution of your own if you don't find a dealer that has a pre-constructed solution for you.
i did find these though:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/12W-Xenon-Wh...item3a769984b9

As for the DRL... if you don't code them out, they will show your two rings (in each headlight) and the orange turn signal all at once. The center of the rings (your headlight/brights) will not glow...
Even if you go to the dealer to get them programmed, it's going to be practically the same process though the dealer will probably charge you many euros more...

And lastly, i'm currently shopping around for some halogen lamps as well to match my LUX white angel eyes... i'm pretty sure i'm going with Nokya Stage 2... these were suggested to me by other members of the forums so i'm passing on the work i put in to you. ^__^

Thanks for answers.

I am still confused what happens if I just plug lci halogens and put lights on( there is 3 opinions in a switch--> off--parking lights--driving lights/low beam-- so if i choose driving lights it looks like this?
http://media.photobucket.com/image/b...owbeamon04.jpg

and If i choose parking lights:

MTEC V3 angel eyes does not fit in lci halogens? only for xenons?
I checked LUX webpage and lci halogen aes are out of stock atm, is there any other reasonable option or should I just wait for lux?

I second what the other guy said, the LUX's will be back in stock very, very soon.

And for bulbs, I would recommend a slightly different bulb.
If you want something BRIGHTER than what you had with the SAME color, I would get these http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/cech770waclr.html If you do a lot of driving on very, very dark roads, it might be better to sacrifice the color of the lights for increased brightness.

If you want something that will be about as bright as the "vanilla" OEM bulb, but with a WHITER color, I would get these http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/nost2cowhh7t.html they're slightly bluer than my 4300K OEM HID bulbs--which makes sense, b/c they're advertised at 5000K!

If you don't do a lot of dark-road driving, throw the 5000K Noyka bulbs in your low/high beam slots. If you do, but still want that white color, toss the CEC bulbs in your high beam slots, and the Noyka's in your low beam slots!

And if you want to finish off the "LCI look", get some LED turn signals! These are the brightest on the market http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/bmwpy5ulhipo.html or http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/bmwpy5amulhi.html (white vs. amber)

Lux angel eyes 175$+ shipping to Finland 40$ = 215$ and I have to pay duty tax too so I am afraid that this is too expensive option for me.

These angel eyes which NOOS3 linked earlier would be pretty cheap atleast.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/12W-Xenon-Wh...item3a769984b9 no idea how bright they are. I sent a message to seller and asked if he has any pictures of them and now I am waiting for answer.

If I cant get good bright angel eyes I am not even sure is it worth it to buy lci halogens because they are pretty expensive

What do you think?

People give you suggestion's then you complain about the price. If you want to mod a BMW you have to pay the price. The angel eyes are expensive but that is the only bulbs on the market.

i agree with the post above

You pay for quality... LUX's $215 [total] angel eyes are quality and are very bright... if you take a cheaper route, you're likely going to come out not as satisfied with them as you could have been... but, it's your wallet and your bimmer so do what you wish... i just threw some suggestions out there...

With our LUX E90 LCI Halogen lights we are currently working on a updated version as well that will be even brighter then before. we expect them to be 10-20% brighter then our previous version.

We will have them available for sale within the next few weeks. Thank you

I know lux is very bright and quality product and after I have considered things and I have made a decision to buy those updated lux angel eyes.

I have never seen any lci halogen angel eyes in real life so I have no idea how they look like. So if some of you guys could post some pictures of your lux lci halogens in night/day time with or without white led turn signals, low beams on or parking lights on etc I would really appreciate that

I have found some photos and they are very nice
One thing which bothers me is that do these angel eyes flicker when you start the car? I have read that some angel eyes do that.

mine do... but they don't blink because of THESE led bulbs... i have tail lights that are LED and i haven't coded out the bulb check...

in case yours do though, you can maybe have someone(or you) with an OBDII cable code out that malfunction and do it that way... only downside is that you will have to keep an eye on your lights every once in a while in case one is out because you won't get a notification like normal.

Ok so is it possible to code off like those amber corner lights.
Im still confused about those amber corner lights, are they on whatever lights I use: low beam, highbeam etc? I was thinking that maybe it is good enough for me if I just use low beam+ angel eyes but is there still corner lights on too?
I also found day running lights option on my idrive, what lights are on if i choose that option?
