Any experienced mechanic who can install aftermarket part in Orlando?

Does anybody know of a place that can do any of the following in or near Orlando, FL? 1. walnut shell blasting 2. install oil catch can 3. install meth injection I would prefer someone who actually has experience in any of these, because the last time I took it to a indy BMW mechanic to install FMIC and Downpipes, they had a difficult time. The results were not fantastic...but ok.
