ambiant lights

I would like to add ambiant lights to the door panel of my e90, is it prewired? Is there a write-up on it? I would think that some has done this before. thanks

It will be tough. The coupe doors are longer than the e90 doors so ordering the ambient lighting rod and putting it into your door won't work. You may be able to rig up an aftermarket solution though.
