Driver side Door help

Anyone know if i can order a new handle or best way about going painting it?

You'll probably need to find someone parting out a similar door. I don't see this part available separately from www.getbmwparts.com. Entire door panel goes for around $600+..

You may try taking that section off and see if you can get the handle area out, or tape it off and try spray painting it, or maybe vinyl covering. You can always get a used or new part if that doesn't work.

Damn 600 is alot..if i can find matching paint i can maybe pop it out and paint it

I emailed Tischer about what part - as I have the same problem. I have an e92 coupe, so probably a different part number, but here is what he said:

That item is only available w/ the armrest….51419139617, $121.78 online (in stock).

Thanks man 121 is a little high but i hate looking at that part so i think it would be worth it.
