Question New bumper with Active Cruise module

Hi all,

I've just got a standard E90 front bar and am looking at something sportier.

My E90 has active cruise (I didn't option it - car was purchased 2nd hand), and am curious what the go is with replacing the active cruise module / sensor.

Are there OEM brackets to suit M-Sport or other bars? Or will I have to just mould something up to make it suit?

I'm told it will need to go back to a BMW dealer for recalibration.

Also, does anyone know if the module can sit behind anything (mesh?) or it can't have any obstructions?

THANKS!
