Service reset issue

Ive followed all the steps, and it gives me the option to reset the box is checked but it doesn't reset the park plug service light even if I hold down the BC button. Anyone else have any issues doing this?? I've watched and followed just about every video on YouTube and still doesn't reset.

Trying to avoid taking it to the dealer for a simple reset. Thanks I advance again guys.
