Bosch spark plug gap

I just picked up some Bosch FR7NPP332 and they are supposed to be pre-gapped. I checked the gap on them and they are all gapped at .045 but I heard these need to be at .040. What do you guys gap these plugs at? Thanks in advance.

Weird. I gapped them all to 0.040 and it idled rough. Took them out, gapped them back to 0.045 and idles fine. I read some other members had same issue. Not sure why.
