Bosch spark plug gap

I just picked up some Bosch FR7NPP332 and they are supposed to be pre-gapped. I checked the gap on them and they are all gapped at .045 but I heard these need to be at .040. What do you guys gap these plugs at? Thanks in advance.

The Bentley says 0.040
