Exhaust is on!

Well, not sure if some of you know or not, but I had a custom exhaust fitted this week. Picked it up today and took the car out this evening to get some clips to show you all...

It's hard to describe, and the video doesn't really do it justice. There's no drone at all inside, and cruising on the motorway, the sound of the exhaust almost disappears - but as soon as you put your foot down, the gates to hell are opened!

Anyway.. here you go!

Wow that sounds really good, I like the tone, kind of F1 sound status. Do you know the details behind it? Was it custom fabricated mufflers or just the piping? Thanks

The entire system was custom fabricated - the piping and the mufflers, all made for the car. They have a jig now that they've done mine, so I expect if you wanted a system they could quite happily build you one off the car and ship it to you...

I'll get some pictures of it in daylight tomorrow. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic..

Got some photos in the light - as you can see, it looks pretty standard. The pipes extend slightly further from the bumper though, and they're also a few mm larger by the looks of it (not measured though).

Could you please give us an idea of the cost for the system there? If would could get a few of us in CA involved, I'm sure we could get a nice group buy going and ship them over here.

ehhh... probably not so much, have you ever shipped things over from england, not only because of the terrible dollar and the phenomenal pounds sterling, but shipping from england is absurd as there is not a lot of ocean freight and air freight is absurdly expensive.
