Another MR5 intake

so being in south florida here, heat soak is a problem (regardless of others disagreeing) with the DCI, so i decided to make a custom intake similar to mr5.

i used 3" duct flange from the few i bought for my brake duct kit
http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalo...uctflanges.php

see my post http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=700972.

i made a 3" hole with hole saw, made #10 holes to secure the flange in place.
i put sole silicone sealer between the flange and the plastic to seal it.
and i used a 3" green filter (6" length dual cone).

will take final pics for the update.

I'd definitely loctite those nuts. Should one loosen, it would be goodbye turbo!

Sounds like a good idea, rivets would work as well.
