i need help sometime the light in yellow come on in dash and sometime is off i guys said is the DTC start to have problem

Based off what you've posted, I can conclusively say its because of your exhaust bearings going bad.

Is either this or you need to change your spark plugs.
Also having your intake ports clean will help tremendously!
