feeler: AW 328i assume my lease
hey guys here is a pics of my car my lease currently is 490 per month including tax 12k miles per year, 36month lease i got it may 1. i will give the car with everything but the rims unless someone wants to pay me what i got for the rims.I am asking 3k down which is 1k less than what i paid. The reason why ive decided to give it up is because i have a friend that has a 335 andi want to assume his lease. thanks http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68767 |

How much is somewhat negotiable?? PM if you want.
Also, i want to get other peoples opinion on something. I have seen a lot of people on here trying to get out of their leases but at the same time not offer much incentive to prospective buyers. For example requiring a significant amount of downpayment. Before I get bashed on, I am in no way singleing money99 out, i understand that you are trying to recoup some of your downpayment, and that is fine. I just feel like you also have to consider that when someone assumes a lease they are doing the leasee a favor. because they are the ones trying to get out of a contract. By giving you 3000 down, I am doing you a BIG favor. I would much rather give the 3000 down to the dealer and get a brand new car. I mean that is the point of swapping a lease, helping each other out, isnt it? Just my opinion, feel free to agree or disagree. |
