Codes?
I just got P3OFF and H2FDB. P3OFF I believe is boost leak which for some reason I get every once in a while when another code shows. But I got the half engine light , P3OFF and H2FDB. Anyone have any clue what H2FDB is for and what it means?

H2FDB - Short circuit or signal interruption
Not sure what it means... give Cobb a call before they shut down for the day.

I just talked to someone at COBB and they cant figure out what the H2FDB code really means. Obviously short circuit or signal interruption but thats pretty generic. So I had no luck with COBB knowing the code.

Well... I did a quick search and couldn't find much either. If I were you, I'd uninstall the Cobb, then connect the Cobb to your computer, make sure firmware is up to date, reload the maps, and then re-install. And see if you still get it.

Actually I did download the new version of the access manager, then hooked up the cobb ap and installed all new firmware. So it is now updated. But Im guessing your saying uninstall he cobb tune so that the new updates are in the tune?

By the way thanks for taking the time to search for me and see if you found anything. I tried the same with no luck. I was just out in the car getting on it pretty hard to see if it would reproduce the issue, but it didnt. So Im hoping its nothing serious.

Thank you. I hope everything is cool. It seems when you tune a car, theres a lot of different issues that could happen. I supposed to be getting a meth kit installed soon and get a pro tune but Im just not looking for anymore headaches. Just hoping everything goes well and the car runs good as its my daily driver. I plan on keeping it a while.

Yeah I'm in the same boat... whenever you mod the car you are putting yourself at risk for potential complications... so I always make sure I have an extra little reservoir of money to deal with these complications As such, i'm holding off meth for a while now... need to save up more... right now my rims / suspension are giving me hell so I'm swapping rims / tires and it's costing me =/

I had this code also accompanied by p29f4 and 29f5, with occasional rough idle on cold start. Replaced lpfsensor, haven't gotten the codes since, but still rough cold start.

Pretty sure those are two different issues. I throw the H2FDB code pretty regularly and I don't have any lighting issues or warning lamps. I haven't figured out why it throws the code, but oh well, it runs great.
