Do Canadians owner get the extra year warranty for turbocharge (CA lawsuit)

It is already known that Canadian owners of the 335i and 135i are covered under the 10 year warranty for the HPFPs. But what about the turbochargers. It looks like a settlement was reached and I believe an extra year warranty is added for the turbochargers for up to 8 years. I have not heard yet whether BMW Canada will follow on this settlement with BMW North America. The lawsuit spells out "to persons of the United States".
