I got a 07 335 sport package

Is there any way to get the 9.5 all around? If so what time size?

Yes it is possible.

About front
If the car is on stock struts with lowering springs/stock springs.

9.5 et 35 is probably highest offset to begin with anything higher than that you will hit struts inside.Around et35-30 is good. If you want more aggressive then you need lower offset. I have seen et20-22 front.
(Coilovers need more room)

Easiest fit will be 235 wide tyre.

Here is couple examples
Et27-30 9.5 front

Et35 9.5 front

You can go wider front tyres but then you need to adjust camber etc.
Here is more talk about 9.5 front with differend tyre sizes

And you can go more aggressive. Then you might need to adjust camber, roll your fenders and use more stretched tyres
9.5 et 22 front

I have 07 BMW E90pre lci and my setup is going to be 18x9.5 allround with front offset 35 and rear 22 tyres 235/40/18 front and rear.

All of those links i found just by forum search/google. When i was looking info about my setup.

Thats my desicion, but you can use different rear offset with different tyre size. There is so many setups.

This is what 9.5 et22 rear looks like with 235/40/18
