Shiv!! Need help on USB to R232 cable

I plugged in the USB and it pop up message that I need UART DRIVER/CONTROLLER. Does anyone know where I can get this driver. I am using Vista. I have tried many driver but none of them work.

Also, when I pluged in the USD, on the manager device, it pop up new line under the directory tree call itself "Other device" and under it show UART controller with the yellow ! mark.

that means there is no Vista driver for the USB/Serial converter you are using. A successful driver install will have no yellow !'s
