jb3 removal

Is anyone in central nj that can remove my jb3 for me? my car goes back in june and id like to start using regular gas again for the time being. I know someone who will do the removal for 40$ but if thats the case ill drive down to my buddies house and have him in south jersey and have him do it, let me know! thanks
