Hi,

I'm new here, so this is my first post.
Last year I bought myself a new E92 320D.
As my previous car was a 530D, I kind of miss the straight 6 feeling..
getting from 218hp to 178hp was harder than I expected.

So I was thinking about adding some new mods to the engine.


First I would like the get eather a chip ( 215hp), or a powerbox. (210hp)
the guy back at the store told me that a chip would make me lose my warranty, witch a box would not.. anyone here having experience with a powerbox?

Secondly I would love the have an open-air filter, and was maybe thinking about the K&N 57i, witch seems as easy fitting..


last but not least, I was reading about a dumbvalve on my turbo, althow I have no experience with this, and don't even know if it is even possible on the original turbo on my car..


Can you guys help me out?

Here u can find a pic of what it is today,

it has got its black nerves already. I fitted a K&N 57i air filter as well
a few weeks ago.
