engine problems e92 330i 08

When you decelerace on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and let the rews to go down to apr. 1300rpm and than give full gas, the engine starts to flutter and than the engine control appears.. it does happend from time to time.... when you turn the engine off and start again, it is all sound.. in higher (above 2.000) rews is everithing all right.
Any idea what it could be?

Could be injectors, coil packs, HPFP etc. Ours has had them all replaced.

Sounds like a bad coil to me. Have the car scanned for misfire codes. (I'm assuming that's why your check engine light is on.) Swap the coils on the cylinder with a misfire with one that is not misfiring. If misfire follows the coil then you know it's a bad coil.
