Slight Rubbing

HI all, first let me say I've been on this board and made a few post without properly introducing myself. I'm from the New York area and just brought an 2009 328 Xdrive. It just turned a month old, and I love It. Now the issue at hand, I was In the market for some wheels and came across an excellent deal on craigslist and purchased some mint Lm reps and very good Hankook ventus v12 evo's the seller told me they came off and E46 M3 He couldn't tell me the offsets but said they will fit an LCI E90 the fronts are: (the wheel and tire sizes are correct and I looked up E46 offsets they could be wrong)

Front 19x8.5 ET 40/235/35/19

Rear 19x9.5 ET 42/265/30/19

When I put them on I had to use 5mm spacers up front and the rears seem to fit good . I can fit two of my fingers from the top of the rear tire to the fender. All seemed okay, however when I was driving on the highway and went over a dip I heard rubbing from the rear. I checked the outer top of the rears to see If there were any visible signs of scaring but didn't see anything. Unless the rubbing Is occurring on the inner part. I like the aggressive look of the car and want to purchase some coil overs to close the gaps by about inch, but won't If I can't figure out the rubbing issue. Also I brought my car CPO from the dealer, but I noticed when I pull up next to other LCI E90's my car seems to be lower. Anyway this thread Is useless without pics:

you could either camber the rear some more or roll your fenders

it looks like the tire BARELY touches the fender lip under full compression

Roll the rear fenders a bit. It shouldn't be more than $50.

Roll and/or camber, or smaller tires. You have 4x4 non-sport xDrive suspension, it's not low.

From an independant forum member maybe. Shops charge out the ass for fender rolling.

Thanks all, I'll look into the rear fender rolling, and I'll do camber adjustments if needed after I get my coil overs.

Will look awesome with a drop. Looks a little higher than stock for some reason, especially in the front. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me since I constantly see lowered cars. :P

Your probably running the correct wheel offset, My wheels are E46 M3 offsets. It's kind of hard to tell by your pic, but my rear wheels look like they come out further than yours.
