Should I do it?!!

So I have the opportunity to purchase (new of course) the Magnaflow Exhaust 16537 including tips and all for $600 dollars shipped!! It was originally around $840/shipped. I have a euro air box with a k&n cone filter, my BMS PBX should be here any day now.. My question: as the title states, should I do it?! I'm not looking for anything crazy loud just some nice sound at a decent price. I've thought about the remus but that's only the muffler for almost two hundred bucks more than where I'm at right now..

Does anyone have experience with this set up?
How is my air box and PBX going to play with my exhaust?
Power increase with all three (PBX, Airbox, Exhaust)?

I know I don't drive a 335i but I'm just trying to utilize the most out of my NA engine...

I started my bid at 480, he declined, then I did 550, he declined with a counter offer of 640, I counter offered with 600 noting that it was the best I could do, he accepted... I sent him a question to make sure it came with the tips but it should considering the original price.. I'll let you know what he says, but if it comes with the tips and if I get enough good feedback I'll probably end up going with it.. I'd just like to hear what people say.. I can't wait to get my PBX though, it should be here tomorrow or Thursday!

SDW335, don't you drive a 335i? I drive a 328i so the exhaust obviously won't work..

personally, i would spend a bit more and go with BMW's euro built exhaust system. I got mine for $904

I looked at this and then did a muffler delete on my 325i. Basically its a cheep way to get amazing non-ricer sound(low grumble at idle and an amazing scream at high rpms ). All the process consists of is cutting off the muffler and welding a pipe and tip. Plus it's fully reversible. I got it done for $80 w/dual pipe and nice shinny chrome tips!

I found a similar system by bavarian autosport which is a scorpion full catback exhaust, with the pipes, resonator and muffler all for $500. Sounds similar to the magnaflow, does it come with a resonator?
