Peaches be trippin'

Still learning how to edit photos (5 years and counting..smh), snapped a few pictures yesterday with some peach orchards in the back here in Georgia. I’m far from a pro, so excuse some of the bad lighting and glare.

Extra shots:

If any pro photographer is willing to edit a photo for me, I can e-mail you a high res. original. any tips for editing? I have a really old version of Photoshop so I just duplicate layer > High Pass > Overlay in blending, and mess with the levels. Thanks guys.

Composition is nice, but tone down the editing a bit. Messing with levels and using the overlay are really oversaturating the photos to the point where any depth is being destroyed.

Car looks great though, the wheels and red caps compliment it perfectly. Black mirror covers might actually be a nice touch, they'd complement the black window trim, roof, and grilles nicely.

I like #5, rule of thirds makes pics look good along with facing the car in the right direction. I like #11 too. The way the background is lined up just looks nice to me...

Car looks great as usual!

just a guess but way too much saturation and contrast? makes them look OOF and like someone said, lose a lot of detail

... but the car looks great

Thanks man, I see it now..when I'm editing, its hard to "realize" how much is too much you know. I love my red mirrors, I don't think I can cover them! lol

I'm really using an old DSLR so detail isn't hard to lose once I edit, thanks for the honest opinion

Didn't try to give it a HDR effect, but now you mentioned, it does appear that way. Thanks for the opinion

Nice car! I like the location.

Photos look OK but you should work on the photo taking itself. Crouch down and get a lower angle; I like to get sky in my pictures. Additionally the rule of thirds as noted is a great rule to know instinctively.

Take your pictures in RAW format and adjust the Kelvin when you open in Photoshop. All I typically do to my photos is touch the levels a bit (not cutting off any significant amounts of data) and bump up the saturation +20-30; shooting in RAW means you really have to bump the saturation up significantly. And then finally a bit of sharpening.

Your first shot was the best one.
