e90 330d Rear Brake Pads

Hello,
rear pads are down to 3mm, need to change them. Local stealer has quoted £230 for the work and they are in stock.

On the off chance that sourcing independently maybe work out cheaper, can anyone recommend a reputable brand, I have seen them on eurocarparts by TExtar, PAGID or ATE, they are between £50 to £80. Cant be that difficult to change I imagine. Thanks in advance

'Genuine' and 'ebay' in the same sentence, must be preceded with 'possibly'

Who knows.

I would always buy critical parts from a know source, and with a credit card, and get that receipt!

Eurocarparts are cheap, and Jurid are definately supplying OEM as my BMW rears had this branding.

Pad changes on rear is around a 30min job both sides.
Dont forget you will need to repalce the rear pad wear sensor too - essential and about £15.

I would say £150 at most indy garages for this work.

I assume a set means a pair of pads per wheel..

Garage List
They should come as an axle set - ie 4 pads.

Rear genuines are made by Textar iirc (or jurid|)and just get a BMW stamp

Texter pads off ECP are half the price from BMW

also check bmminiparts as they normally have genuines at a saving
