Wing mirror (the actual mirror panel) wobbly

Hi guys, my driver side mirror is really wobbly, the passenger one is nice and stable but the other on seems to rock far too easily on a central pivot...

It still responds to the mirror controls, but makes for a pretty blurred image while driving due to how much it's able to shake...

Easy to take apart / fix or does this sound like a dealer thing?

i believe they pull off and push on. earlier model definitely. so try pushing gently. read up on wing mirror replacement
