Red face Low Beam Warning Lamp

2008 328i Sedan - Xenons

Passenger side high & low's out.

My warning light came on the dash for "low beams" so I replaced the bulb/ballast on passenger side & still doesn't work. All other lights on passenger side do work.

I understand there are two different modules for my headlamps? It appears all the functions of the adaptive lamps are still working, and that is one module, so maybe it's the firing module?

If that's the case, does anyone know if that module has to be reprogrammed or is it a plug in and go type thing?

Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to avoid a $600 bill!!

Meter the ballast and you'll know if it is the ballast.
