Will these fit my car without modification?

19" TSW Snetterton Hyper Silver wheels with tires

WHEELS: Front: 19x8.0----Rear: 19x9.5 BOLT PATTERN 5X120
TIRES: Front: 235/35/19----Rear: 275/30R19

What's the offset? Tire size and bolt patters are good.

I believe they are 35 mm or 40 mm offset

I have the same question for my case:

I have MV3 on my e92:

I want to go from:
Front: 8j ET34 18" to 8.5" ET29 19"
Rear: 8,5J ET37 18" to 9.5" ET 23 19"

Tyres will be 235 front and 265 rear.

Fender rolling is not an option for me.

From your experience will they fir without rubbing?

not to sure if 275 will work but im 100% sure 265 will.

OFFSET for front is: 35 mm
OFFSET for rear is: 45 mm

Will these wheels tires fit without mods? Will there be any issues as far as rubbing ect...?
