Tire size for 18x9.5

Currently I have 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 and I hate how the rim sticks out past the tires. I want it flush. Is 235 and 265 my best bet? Or 245 and 275? Thanks for the help.

I have the same choice to make. my current setup is 17x7 w/215s and 17x8.5 w/245s it looks good, my new set will be 7.5 front and 9 rear, so I was thinking 225 front and 255 rear.

I think my 255 PSS sit more flush on my 9.5" rear wheels than my stock 255 RFT's did on my stock 8.5" rears.
