Can some one tell if that car was purchased tru the auction?

My experience with Prestige BMW:

Visited dealdr.
The lowest they could drop the price was 35.5

And were trying to screw me on finance rate, offering 4.5 apr for 5 years.

More...
They raised the price to 37.7 now.
