Hello & Quick Bluetooth Question!
Hi guys...
Used to be a member on here when I had my 335d coupe back in 07, but can't for the life of me remember what my username was  - hence the new account...Anyway, I'm coming back to the fold, and am going for 330D e90 I think, a bit less flash and a whole lot cheaper than my old e92 was back in the day but hey ho - saving up for a new house so needs must... So my quick question... the car I'm looking at has Professional Sat Nav (from memory, thats the bigger screen one yeah?) and I was wondering if this comes with bluetooth already built in and good to go? - reason for asking is that the dealer doesn't know and its at the BMW garage getting serviced right now so he can't check... To help confirm, here is an interior photo:  So in a nutshell, is this likely to have bluetooth? Thanks folks  |

I know this must seem like a boring question folks, but I could really do with knowing if the Pro Sat Nav came with built in BT as standard - if its a no you could save me a couple of hours driving...
I seem to remember it was part and parcel, however that might have only been with the coupes back in the day... Any idea? |

I think if your car has a sharkfin on the roof, then it must have bluetooth as standard. My last E93 had the Business satnav but no bluetooth. So having the Professional Sat nav doesn't necessary means it has bluetooth. Maybe someone will be along shortly to clarify this. I might be wrong, please don't quote me on this.

How do you know if doesn't have voice command out of interest?

Even the business edition has voice command, although it's not full function.

I had the same question when buying mine, and I came to the conclusion that pro nav does indeed include the bluetooth.
I think the sharkfin is for the satnav so I'm not sure that 100% confirms if the car has bluetooth. Which 330 are you doing for, LCI or pre-LCI?

Its a 57 plate - can't afford the new shape I'm afraid...
Leaving in 20 minutes to go and see it and see if its in as good nick as the photos indicate... I keep flicking between performance Hondas and smart, business-like BMWs and I've been missing the chilled out easy ride so quite looking forward to it |
