Wheel Bearing Issues From Rims

Hey guys, I recently had my passenger side rear wheel bearing replaced and the mechanic told me that premature wear can result from having larger rims.

Could having 19' rims cause premature wear on the wheel bearings or cause any other kind of premature wear?

Doubt it. Typically running negative camber Puts the biggest amount of stress on the bearings.
