18 inch rimms

Does anyone run 18*8 rims with 235s on them in front
and 19*9 rims with 265s in rear?

Curious how it looks verses the normal 225/255 setup

Thanks

you should be fine in the front with 235, the rears with 265, the only thing you would look at is tire brands with those size vary in dimensions check with tirerack. goodluck

I see no problems with this fitment. The 265 on 18x9 would look perfect, the 235 on 18x8 would also look very good. Both fitments are approved by the tire manufacturers (265 on 9" and 235 on 8" - look at TireRack).

I think the OP just wants to bump up one tire size all around and not run different rim diameters. :P

I've seen many member do it on this forum. Your tires will look a lot meatier.

I think its a good idea to use 265/35 on 18x9" rear, 235/40 on 18x8" front. No problems with fitment - especially for 18" rims. This type of fitment is practical because narrow rims are lighter and less prone to bending. They are also better protected if you get too close to the curb.

I'm running 245/40 on 18x8 fronts and 265/35 on 18x8.5 rears with no issues.

Go Staggered 18s!

I went with a staggered setup... 18x8 in front with 235/40 and 18x9.5 in rear with 275/35. They are TSW Nurburgrings
