BMW N55 Performance Power Kit (PPK) - software only

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hey Guys,

I purchased a BMW PPK last year before the price went up to almost $1,000. I'm asking $600.

Here is the description from the BMW site: http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...3514&perf=true

The kit itself is just an envelop with a code in it - there is no hardware. You will also get a "BMW Performance" decal that goes on your engine to show you've had the upgrade.

This HAS to be installed at a BMW Dealership and you are looking at 2 hours of labor for the install ($270).

In order for this to work on your car, you MUST have a 2011 335 with the N55 Engine AND the M-Sport package.

I'm selling because I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to keep this car.

I'm in Boston so a local pickup would be preferred; however, I could set up a PayPal account and ship if necessary.

Are these VIN coded? Meaning would the code you have only be applicable to your specific vehicle?

I don't believe so.

I purchased my kit from turnermotorsport.com last year and don't recall having to input the VIN number.

Here is the product description: http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-11...55-engine.aspx
